If I could give a zero I would- however I can’t. Aside from the fact that it is notoriously known that prices/sales are not given unless you ensure that the employee double checks, you often are still overcharged. Aside from that I have a true service dog who goes with me everywhere and has been there countless times this is the second time we were kicked out. Once with a official government trainer, and tonight by a employee. While I was about to check out I was told I had to leave my service dog outside or would not be able to pay- he had all his documents on him. It would be illogical to leave a service dog that’s a true service dog outside the stood when I need him with me, not too mention that it would confuse him. Charlie has been there since he was a puppy and he never once has created an issue- except for bringing more customers in and giving 7/11 more business. Aside from what happened being illegal it both hurt me and yes Charlie as well. It’s a three strikes out game, and if it does happen one more time I know that this location will be losing business because Charlie is not just my service dog (whom I need) yet legally and ethically no one will stand behind kicking someone out who medically needed that service dog there as well as being humiliated in public not too mention causing confusion to a service dog. They have been disloyal secretly charged more double charged (many people say this) rude, incorrigible, unethical, humiliating, hurtful, dishonest and more… I can’t morally or ethically support a business or franchise that endorses those following statements. 7/11 can step up to the plate, or they will be losing business- and this is not a message from me yet from a large majority of the community. I hope the managers choose to make a concilia decision to straighten out their behavior since in kew gardens their is now enough competition that a 7/11 is no longer people’s first choice. I grew up with 7/11 and it would be a true shame to see it come to an end because they couldn’t abide by ethics moral principles and the law. I hope they are capable of changing the way they treat all their...
Read moreThis establishment has a worker that yelled in my face as soon as i walked in with my two kids to buy them a candy. As soon as i came inside he is yelling that free slurpee no more you cant come in here so i said excuse me im here to buy something. You do not yell at anyones face when they enter your store. I have never been so disrespected and in front of my son who was holding my hand asking why did that man yell at us. The cashier tried to calm me down and tell me she will give me a cup if i want a slurpee to please not report him but its too late for that. The man did not want to give me his name after i asked multiple times, he mumbled Tamal or Tamil i am not sure but i took a picture for reference the owner can reach out to me if he wants to know who it was. Never spending money in here again!!! And by the way my cousin who works with 7eleven as a client told me they are not allowed to cut people off from free slurpee day. It is until end of business day so i will contact corporate. I do not care about free slurpees but no one will yell in my face and think...
Read moreI gave this to 7/11 a try.. In my journey my 1st stop was to get my dream of a Google play card. Going to cashier and this guy named Suren was extremely rude that he just grabbed my money, and gave me my Google play card that I wanted $10 on. Getting home, before sleeping gonna redeem it. Then when I enter code and click redeem, it said "Invaild Code." Now I feel like I just got scammed. After that the next day I went to check if it was check or no. Suren, the rude guy said he checked it in. After telling him that I put the code in correctly, he typed in the code. Entering it, no use. I feel like you guys need a better look and fire this Sure guy since he was extremely rude to customers. A few weeks later I want a hot dog and a new lady was hired to work. She is very nice. Very kind, although I waited too long for my hot dog. Not that great experience....
