I had the magic sleek treatment done at this beautiful hair salon last week , it was done by victor and I am obsessed how my hair came out , it is frizz free , smooth and pin straight , Camilo is very friendly and professional he guided me through the entire process of magic sleek , he explained to me how it’d be done , he’s very attentive, friendly and makes sure that you’re well taken care of , Victor was extremely dedicated to my hair , he did an excellent job , took his time and didn’t rush at all , he made sure that the results of the magic sleek would be perfect ! Which they were ! It was my first time at HAIR NATION by CAMILO VERGARA and it won’t be last !

I went to see Camilo this afternoon for another magic sleek and I was treated extremely well , he took his time on my hair , and I also had a hair dye before the magic sleek procedure , Joshua flat iron my hair And he was very attentive , both Camilo and Joshua are excellent professionals, took their time to do my hair , I will always recommend Camilo to anyone that would like to get their hair done ! After reading all the glowing reviews about Camilo, I wanted to give this salon a chance considering it's up the block from where I live. A couple of years back, I had a traumatic experience at another neighborhood salon called Posh; so I was going into this with a lot of fear. However, that fear melted as soon as I was greeted by Camilo who made me feel welcomed from the get go. As we spoke through what I wanted in terms of a look, Camilo had me understand the process it would entail and was very knowledgeable through his advising. I appreciated this a lot because I've encountered mainly dismissive and judgmental hair stylists. Camilo made my entire experience fun and engaging as he is so personable throughout the process of hair coloring and cut. He ensured to give my hair the utmost care and I walked out happy as a bee from his salon. My mother and I have been going to Nataly for years, ever since she worked at the hair salon on Lefferts Boulevard—before it turned into a deli—and we’ve followed her to this new location because she’s just that good.

She does a phenomenal job with long hair—which is what I have—and always gives honest advice about what’s best for your hair’s health. At the same time, she’s just as talented with short styles—my mom has short hair, and Nataly handles the shaving machine and fades perfectly. Her skills are so versatile, and it really shows.

The salon is small and unisex, but clean, welcoming, and cozy. One of the things we appreciate most is the reasonable pricing—while other salons can be incredibly pricey, Nataly offers great quality without breaking the bank.
