I have lived at 945 Fifth Avenue for 56 years and am moving to Virgina next month. I am writing this to say that Jason Allison the Manager, and Randy Jaquez our super have helped me beyond words. Jason has calmed me down and been so patient with me to explain what I have to do and don't have to do for cleaning out my apt. He is professional, super kind, super calming, and so very helpful to me This move has been very stressful because I have to down size and get rid of many beautiful furniture and antiques. I have lived at 945 5th Ave. for the past 13 years. I also cosigned a lease for my sister over 40 years ago and she lived in the building for at least 15 years. It was excellent then and it still is. I am extremely happy living here. The building is incredibly well run, and Randy, the live-in super is indeed superb. Any problem, and they rarely are any, is attended to immediately and efficiently.
