LIFE SAVER! GOD SENT! Picture this: its a Saturday on a mini local vacation and I managed to break my car key, of which I thought was a non-issue. I got my key copied at a local hardware store and thought I was done. NOPE! My car wouldn't start. I called my roadside, to charge my battery — no progress. I even walked to a local gas station with my safety can thinking it was a gas issue. I was in a hotel and even the manager came and stated it may be an ignition issue. I spotted a local mechanic along the road - he graciously came and assessed the care and he stated it may be a fuel pump issue, quoting $100s and reporting he cant fix til Monday. I dismissed him and searched for a mobile mechanic. As God would have it, Kens 24/7 Mobile was not too far and reported he would come diagnose the issue. I waited and PRAYED because I needed to report home. He came and I told him the entire story from start to finish. He reported that the original key had to have been copied with a sensor (PLEASE I am a novice and had no idea of this, my copied key from the hardware store was pretty useless, luckily it was only $5 🥹) ANYWAY, Ken 24/7 fixed my key on the spot and charged my battery (which had died along the rigmarole) and we negotiated pay. I got home safely by Gods grace and I learned the hard way about keys and sensors 😂 He did not take advantage of my ignorance and try to overcharge - I can appreciate a trustworthy businessman any day. We had very bad experience with mobile service !

1. we called him truck wasn’t starting due to dead battery. He came we the jumpstarted told driver to start the truck multiple times that it burned the starter. After that he told us starter bad okay it will be extra charge to go get the parts. Once we paid for the part he picked up brought for extra charge. Once starter replaced truck still did not start. Driver told him multiple times it is battery that not holding enough power. But as usual he ignored driver. After replacement of starter truck still did not turn on. He came up with another issue he states there is problem with engine and we need to tow to shop! Im glad i did not follow up with him im sure he will come up with some big issues to get us pay. We spent $1437 just whole day for nothing with him. Eventually i said to driver go get battery yourself he went got it replaced the battery truck starts fine ! No engine issue no need to tow ! I would not recommend scammers like this. Im sure all this positive reviews from his friends fake reviews. Save yourself money and time take your business...

I can’t say enough great things about this mechanic. Definitely a rare find. Not only is he highly knowledgeable and experienced, but he also brings a level of wisdom, patience, and professionalism that’s very hard to come by in the trucking industry. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got the proper parts for my semi truck. Thankfully he did the proper process of elimination that helped the job easier and getting the exact parts needed. Also made sure everything was done right & took the time to explain each step to me clearly. He also saw a few things on my truck that I overlooked and brought it to my attention.
