I must change my review, unfortunately. The last review was from 2 years ago. The food is good. The customer service is horrendous.

On Uber eats the store is listed as open until 12am. I knew I would be home late so I decided to wait until 11:45pm to place the order. Unfortunately they had shut it early. Understanding this I called them up directly to see what was going on. They at first blamed it on Uber saying “Oh I don’t know. That’s Uber. They do that”. The truth was they shut it early. I wasn’t even able to locate the store on Uber eats until after 12am when it was then available to order for the following day: It was 11:50pm. I asked if they could open Uber eats back up so that I could put in a quick order to which the reply was:

“That’s not happening… you can order with me for pick up. That’s it”.

Here’s the kicker: I don’t keep kosher often but I do when I order from here. I ended up ordering from Memo Shish Kabab (not kosher)...

So.. I walked in to this store hungry.. The layout of the showcase and its content was awesome.. Before i had a chance to check my taste buds, i hear a very friendly HI SIR.. I'LL BE WITH YOU VERY SOON...

I can't describe that good feeling.. Just the 3 second HELLO from that counterperson made me look just positive.. I waited calm, knowing that There's a NORMAL acting individual that is going to handle my SOON TO BE - DELICIOUS SUPPER!

When that moment arrived... I Received not just great food... It was the whole package.. Smile, verity, conformation if i might needed this way or maybe unwrapped..

An expirence i will remember for a very long time!!

Guys, you deserve a 20 * the highest level of recognition Possible.

Keep the store the way it is... No upgrades...

The food was fine, with no issues. The staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. The food is expensive. If you are not familiar with this place, they're a Jewish restaurant. I don't have problem with Jewish. I think they are great people but I am not going to skip the fact that this store's staff are not skilled with customer service. The first thing you feel when you are inside is that staff staring at you, immediately I felt uncomfortable. I tried to check what kind of food is on display hopefully staff ask me how can I help you? but no, no one asked you or greeted you. Overall, the more time you are at the store the more...
