Advanced Entry — Local services in New York

I feel the Advanced Entry System is a vital part of our daily business operation for our Healthcare Facility. We love the temperature taking especially, because it saves a lot of time for our Receptionist to not have to catch every visitor that enters the door to take their temps. It's great for revisiting back dates in the log to check on who entered and how long they visited. Also for keeping track of Employees besides just visitors and vendors. Photo ID's to each name makes it easy to know who's in your building so that also makes it easier for security. It's just an all around asset to have and use. I manage our Advanced Entry kiosk at the Genesis Healthcare facility I work at so I am helping people with it all day. It is very user friendly and people are impressed that it has facial recognition. The information it can provide will be invaluable if we ever experience an emergency in the building. We will be able to see exactly who is in the building so we can account for everyone. My only tweak to it would be to move the "Thank You for Registering" message to the end, instead of it being shown after the first 2 screens.
