Wanted to try something different than my usual spot and what an epic fail! Ordered food over $120 thru doordash and was extremely disappointed 😞! The goat, chicken, and beef curry were delivered refrigerator cold! Did you forget to warm the food and just pack so we can reheat ourselves? Paid for medium curries at $13 each and got all small containers.Ruhi fish curry smelled old and fishy. the only thing fresh was the breads Ordered. Thank goodness doordash reimbursed me completely for this horrible and embarrassing order for my office staff. I ended reordering at Raduni with huge portions, great hot and delicious food. Both of Ghoroa Queens and Brooklyn spots are a failure of Bengali food.

It's a very fast quick service place, excellent for what it is. Much like a dozen other Bangladeshi spots up and down Macdonald ave. Steam tray food that gets reheated in a microwave, very tasty. Reheating can be irregular, not just here, but up and down the street, they want to be quick, so I tend to ask for "extra hot". Food is super tasty, place is clean, I feel like the only person here who speaks English as their first language. $17 for a plate of beef stew, green beans and lentils, with no bread or rice (my request, to control carbs in my diet).

Tried chicken grill. That was Awesome. Spicy, lots of masala. Got deshi Taste in it. It made in tandoors by inserting Steel stick inside of the chicken , cooked on hot charcoal on bottom with fire. Smells good and taste is traditional. Worth trying. And the paratha was so soft not oily you can feel it by your hand. This is not the first time i am trying this it’s actually 5Th or 6th time. I will keep trying whenever i come.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Bangladeshi restaurant, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. I was welcomed with warm hospitality and the cozy atmosphere set the perfect tone for the meal. The menu offered a wide variety of traditional Bangladeshi dishes, and each one I tried was packed with authentic flavors and perfectly balanced with spices, while the goat curry had a wonderful depth of flavor that showcased slow cooking at its best. The naan was fresh out of the tandoor soft, fluffy, and ideal for scooping up the curries. The service was attentive without being intrusive. The staff took the time to explain different dishes and offered great recommendations based on spice preference. Portion sizes were generous, and the food was beautifully presented. What stood out the most was the balance of spices and the freshness of the ingredients it felt like each dish was made with care. The restaurant also had several vegetarian options that looked just as appealing and flavorful.Overall, it was a memorable dining experience. This restaurant is perfect whether you’re craving comfort food from home, looking to explore Bangladeshi cuisine for the first time, or in the mood for a flavorful, satisfying meal. I’d highly...

Looks inviting enough from the outside but once you walk in, everyone stares at you because you’re not Bangladeshi. I can handle that. Problem started when I asked for a menu and the guy behind the counter says that they don’t have any. Really?! How do you not have a physical menu when you have one online??? He says what ever you see infront of you (meaning the hot buffet by counter) is what we have. If you’re not familiar with Bengali food then you’re at a loss. So, I get that you mostly cater to a Bengali crowd but if you want to make more money and entice the diverse crowd in the neighborhood, let’s be more helpful to those who are not familiar. I then asked for Chicken Tikka Masala (which I remembered from their online menu) and was told that they don’t have that. Strike 2. The guy barely spoke English which was also not good if you add that on top of him not being very helpful. That was my strike 3. We walked out feeling annoyed and defeated. I was looking forward to trying something new but this place only seems to want to cater to...

They charged me almost 50 dollars plus tax extra because they thought i wasnt brown or better yet Bengali. I showed my Bengali freind the receipt and he confirmed that they charged me extra. The food was for my bengali freinds household who had a death in the family. I told the older lady behind the counter that i know they charging me extra. I understand about 80% bengali growing up around bengalis my whole life. This was a despicable act they thought they were being slick. Charged me 213 dollars for 8 goat byranis, 2 lentils and 3 beef currys Ridiculous. I will be disputing my charges. Unbelievable that they charge another brow muslim extra due the color of their skin. They thought they were being slick but when i called them out in their own language their faces went pale. They said that what I was ordering was a large so they had to charge me double because all they have is medium. Huge lie they were charging double and saying what i was getting is large but they were still giving me medium. These people should be held...
