I have shopped at multiple Aesop locations New York City. Most recently, I visited their 1070 Madison Avenue shop. Both attendants were very helpful and their explanations regarding specific products I was interested in were very informed. I have beeb buying their Parsley Seed hydration cream, Rejuvenate Intensive Body Balm and their Parsley Seed masque for years. On my latest trip, I picked up their Parsley Seed Facial Cleanser. I am impressed by them all. My skin is hyper sensitive so when I find a product that works for me, I am grateful. Plus, each of these are so luxurious and produce such great results, I don't feel the need to experiment...until I tried the Blue Chamomile Facial Hydrating Masque. That will be my next purchase. I trust their products and appreciate the attention their personnel have given me in every store(Westside/Eastside ) I have shopped in. Since COVID, situations and individuals are stressed everywhere. We need to be mindful of this as we move through our daily interactions. I recommend this beauty line without hesitation and a have a lot of gratitude because I have never been disappointed, or felt I had wasted money. All the best to the Aesop crews across NYC and to Sahir and Jillian at the Madison...

He was extensively knowledgeable about each and every product and was clearly proud to be a part of the brand. We ended up purchasing a bottle of Aurner perfume and the Reverence Aromatiqie Handwash. Jez included some skincare sample of serums and masques that we will likely end up purchasing as well. I am looking forward to adding Tacit perfume, and some body lotions to the collection very soon. Such an exquisite...
Read moreI went several time during their opening hours and the store was closed. It is as if they open when they feel like it. When I went back and they were open the girl could care less to pay any attention to help me and instead focused on a woman who was sampling products. She didn't ask for the person in the back to come out and ring me up - the only reason I knew someone was in the back is because once she finally got to me two other women entered and she called the person in the back to assist her finally. Skip this location and go to the ones...
