Do you see the beautiful decoration in this all pink window? That is love shack fancy boutique. It is on Madison Avenue in New York City and I happen to be passing there during my lunch break and I stopped in my tracks because although I have seen this window before, but it was never to me this beautiful. There were two women outside looking into the window which overwhelmed me with Joy. I said to the women “what a beautiful window“ and they said “it is beautiful isn’t it”. So after another look at the window, I walk, just passed the door of the store, and this woman that I had seen beckon for me to come in, I stepped into the store. It was not my first time being at the store I had just visited about two weeks ago. And once the woman signal for me to come in, I came in .oh my goodness this room is so beautiful And all of these beautiful girls were there dressed in pink. the same woman that I had met outside, said to me, do you like it and I said I love it and she said do you think people like this place. I said “what are you talking about“ have you ever shopped here before this is absolutely beautiful. Why wouldn’t you like it?” and I was not embarrassed because it just came out so quickly that the other woman that was with her said “this is the owner and her name is Rebecca” and I was like “OK but you shouldn’t have to ask that question. I’m sure you know the people love it because I have a young lady that I know who loves being here with her friends”.

And out of all this came these pictures and she suggested that I take a picture and SHE took the picture. She is so beautiful and so kind she deserves everything that she has. She has beautiful young girls working with her. They are kind. She keeps a very nice store. I must say that it is high end but you won’t see anyone looking like you. I suggest that you go by her store and I’m not going to say that she’s going to be there, but go by the store, go in and buy up thousands of dollars worth of stuff !!!it’s well stocked elegance,you’re gonna love it. Everyone in that store has manners and they are happy. It’s beautiful in there please go see her. Thank you so much.

Worst experience ever encountered. My minor was browsing around on their website and accidentally placed an order with my shop pay account, upon receiving the order confirmation email I immediately went to their website to cancel the order as it was unauthorized in addition to the shipping address being incorrect, there was no option to cancel but i was promoted to contact them via phone or email upon calling, the customer service department was closed as it was the weekend. I immediately sent an email and received a response that this would be forwarded to to the correct department I went to bed not knowing the worst was yet to come I woke up the morning to an email stating that the order cannot be canceled and since the item is a final sale item it cannot be returned. I immediately called them again got a whole of the manager Kait and explained the solution hoping that they would make an exception proving the circumstances she first gived me assurance that she would reach out to the fulfillment team to have the order pulled so it would not be shipped out and that I should expect an email from them by the end of the day at no time did she mention that this may not happen so I was relieved for the moment the day needed and I received no updates from them so I decided to call the following morning and again I spoke with Kait she stated that she didn’t hear back from the fulfillment team to team and that I should wait for the end of the day again once she hears from them and have a confirmation that they would have pulled the order she would then email me. With the order not shipped out at the time I was confident that the matter will be resolved and that I just needed to be patient again the day ended no email so I emailed them again and also called the following morning where Kait would not state something vastly different. She stated the order would not be canceled as a cancelation would hault their entire shipment line but why was the false hope given in the...

this is my 4th time in the last six months of coming to LoveshackFancys flagship location on Madison avenue, and im writing this review because of the few times ive visited and had an issue the manager brianne was very helpful and rectified the issues in a timely and reasonable manner, and i highly recommend going to this store during any of their pop ups and installations because you’ll never know what you might find or who will be there! Ive dropped in for the LSF x Stanley 2024 Holiday collection , The Roller Rabbit Holiday collection where they offered complimentary onsite embroidery / monogramming with purchase of the pajama set, and today for their dylans candy bar installation which featured custom confections for this collab! Im excited to see what becky and the team cook up next because one things for certain two things for sure i know its going to be exclusive, luxury fun and pink! and what could be better...
