I just had a breast reduction with Albert Plastic Surgery, and Dr. Albert and his team are AMAZING! I’ve always had large breast (G cup by high school, H to an I cup as an adult ). After losing some weight, the excess skin & still heavy weight of my breast became too painful to bare. Dr. Albert and his team (Brittney, Dominique, Amani, and Andres) made me soooooo comfortable.Let me share some highlights of my experience:

Clear Plan: Both my virtual and in-person consultation was super thorough. They answered every question I had before I could even ask. Dr. Albert looked at pictures of my desired aesthetic and walked me through at least 4 different surgical plans options to achieve my desired results. He explained how it would be done and the pros/cons of each option. Then, allowed me to choose. He was patient and explained everything so clearly!

Inclusive: I am a Plus size Black Woman. Dr. Albert and his team never questioned my worthiness of a reduction based on my weight (multiple other surgeons will not operate beyond a certain BMI). In fact, my weight never ever came into question or concern. When I asked would my weight be an issue, Brittney (surgical coordinator) assured me that it would not be an issue at all and it was not.They made me so comfortable every step of the way. I also love that on his website, there were photos of various skin tones including melanated people. This gave me the opportunity to have a visual of what his incisions and scarring looks like on darker skin tones like mine and they were great! After surgery, I can say that I am beyond impressed at how well my incisions are placed especially my under-boob. It’s not even visible unless I force lift my boob up. Excellent work!

Great After-Care: I have to give special love and shout outs to Dominique. She’s been checking on me consistently since surgery. She’s called and text to ensure I am feeling well, taking my medication, and answer any questions that I have. Their after care is so attentive, clear, patient, and kind!

Expedited Process: I’d been talking myself out of surgery for years. This time I made the decision and wanted it done as soon as possible. Brittney, the surgical coordinator, helped expedite the entire process and to even my surprise it all happened within 2 weeks! My first virtual consultation was March 20th and I had my reduction on April 3rd. This is great for anyone who doesn’t want to wait months and feels ready for their change immediately.

Reasonable Pricing: I will simply say that for this high quality of work and care, the pricing is BEYOND reasonable! Dr. Albert is a highly credentialed surgeon. His facility is gorgeous with top notch cleanliness & aesthetic. His team is the best! His work speaks for itself (see his gallery on his website). Dr. Albert is absolutely amazing, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. A little over three months ago, I had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Albert. I had been struggling with chronic sinus infections for a few years, and also had difficulty breathing at night. On top of that, I had always been insecure about the shape and size of my nose. When I finally decided it was time to make a change for my health, I did a tremendous amount of research and came across Dr. Albert. The second I met Dr. Albert, I knew I would be in good hands. You can tell immediately that he is incredibly passionate about the work he does. What stood out to me even more than that was how much he cares about his patients. Each person has different wants and needs, and Dr. Albert is willing to sit down with you and address them all, making sure you are happy and comfortable. It's so apparent how much he wants what is best for his patients. Dr. Albert answered all my questions and from the moment the process started, I was never nervous or had any second guesses, which is crazy because I assumed I would be freaking out about getting surgery on my face! But never once was I afraid thanks to Dr. Albert.

The entire process from the consultation, to the in-person pre-op appointment, to the actual surgery, and the post-op appointment has been so smooth and easy. The ladies who work in the office, especially Brittney and Thalia, are so incredible and willing to make your life as simple as possible. They answered all my questions, were always available if needed, and are insanely sweet. The entire atmosphere of Dr. Albert's office is calming and relaxed. I was at ease through it all, which I feel so thankful for.

Currently, I am a little past the three month mark. The surgery itself was quick and painless. The recovery was so much more chill than I was anticipating. Dr. Albert performs closed rhinoplasty, and in this case, I was barely swollen or bruised at all.

This surgery has honestly changed my life. I can breath like I never knew was possible. I have not had any sinus infections since, or issues at all. However, the greatest change I have experienced is my self confidence. I was hesitant before meeting Dr. Albert about the rhinoplasty portion of my procedure. At this point, I can confidently say choosing to have this done, and performed by Dr. Albert, has transformed my entire outlook on myself. I feel like he helped me become the best version of myself possible, but also did not change the way I look, like I definitely still look like me, just happier. It's so natural. I have never ever been happier with a decision in my life. I was afraid I would have regrets, or feel shame of some kind, but I most definitely do not. I saw Dr Albert in January for a consultation for BBL, breast augmentation along with scar revision and lipo. I had scheduled the surgery and everything with Margaret, who was absolutely wonderful and so easy to talk to about everything. During this time, COVID happened. Of course. This office worked with me so much and I was speaking with Margaret all the time trying to work our way through the mess of an unexpected pandemic, it was such a learning curve for all of us because we didn't know what to expect. Needless to say, July 2nd I finally was able to have my surgery. I'm from MA and I travelled to NY to have all of this done. It was honestly the greatest decision I have ever made. Through the process I had let Margaret know how much this surgery meant to me, it was emotional for me. I had been through a lot with a past relationship with someone who tore my body apart, I had a breast reduction where the doctor took too much out and left me with these horrible scars and I was super self conscious and was always down on my body so this is what I felt like I needed. Margaret and Dr Albert were always patient, kind and extremely understanding and empathetic and they still are now post surgery (where I've probably asked a million questions). Due to how wonderful my experience was already prior to having surgery, I told everyone about Dr. Albert's office. The way Margaret connected with me was more than just getting me in and out of surgery like most offices. I didn't feel like just a number, she actually cared and that's not what you always get at some places. I am almost 3 weeks post op right now and my results are amazing, I'm beyond happy with how everything turned out. Dr. Albert is literally a miracle worker and I can't stress that enough, I was so self conscious about my scars and now they barely exist. I'm still swelling a little and I can still tell that all of this came out amazing. Better than I ever expected or hoped for.
