Searching for a home in this market felt like a fire that couldn't be tamed. Working with Maurice, we were met with warmth, empathy, and the ability to obtain the confidence needed to continue searching.

After a year of searching with Maurice, we went through attorney review on three different properties. After saving us on the first two after disastrous deals established by the sellers' agents, our third review went incredibly smoothly. During the process, we appreciated how Maurice was extremely knowledgeable regarding our real estate needs.

With that knowledge came the power to act. My wife and I had an agent who could fight for us, and fight he did. There's only so much one can do when an offer is declined. Still, the amount of options given to us to increase our chances of finding the home of our dreams gave us the confidence to continue searching until we landed a home we've been a part of for almost half a decade now.

We couldn't have done it without Moe. Although Moe is a very good friend of mine, bias from friendship is non-existent in business. My family is extremely thankful regularly for the amount of work Maurice has done for us behind the scenes. If you truly want an agent to fight for you, go the extra mile, but still feels like a friend you can trust, I couldn't recommend him more. My words are minute regarding his effort as an agent. I trust Moe with all my real estate needs now and in the future.
