Last time I was here, the lady cut/ scraped my cuticles and nail bed and I had blood under my nail. This time, I thought I’d give it another chance but I regret it; the service was awful with my person. The nail polish looks like I applied it (which is not good, that’s why I go to a professional). My cuticles and surrounding skin are uneven. When she applied the lotion she got up and left a glob that I had to apply myself. When she gave me the towel, she just handed it to me to hold around my own hands. At the end, when I went to dry my nails, she didn’t even turn the machine on for me and I had to ask another person to do it. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or if she was intentionally being rude to me because I had asked her very politely to redo something earlier on and maybe she was mad. Worst experience of my life. I got a French gel manicure today and it looks horrendous. I have cuts on every single one of my fingers and they are all bleeding and then she decides to put nail polish remover on a cotton ball and put it on the cuts “to make them stop bleeding” and it burned so bad. There was streaks and bumps and lady told me it looked fine and i continued to fight with her that its not and she did nothing to fix it. The white line is crooked, streaky, and gross. The best part is as shes drilling my old polish off it is flying everywhere and right into my mouth.... lovely right.. $38 for absolutely nothing. I’m mortified to walk around with such a disgusting manicure.....

I've gotten cut by one of the manicurists here 3x. I don't think she can see very well bc she has literally taken pieces of my skin off that are not even close to the cuticle. I am sure the other manicurists are good because a lot of people seem to go here but make an appointment or else you end up with this same manicurist every time (I did anyway). I kept giving this place a shot because it is so close to where I live but I was never able to make appointments because of my always changing work schedule.
