I’ve kept my length over time and decided to give the place another try after a previous bad experience. The tech did not know how to almond shape and kept shaving my nails down. I stopped her and told her I didn’t like how they were coming out, I was already upset and wanted her to stop explaining that I didn’t want them cut or shortened She offered a top coat and to return another time to fix the nails. I didn’t want her to do my nails at all because she cannot shape. I paid cash for the service of the full set even though unfinished trusting that she would make it right. When I returned I was offered to “fix” ONE thumb nail that was noticeably shorter, the others with odd almond/stiletto shapes and some of my nails looking like 3-D balloons. I’m fluent in English and Spanish meanwhile the same tech and another staff member were telling me to speak to the Spanish worker. STAY AWAY FROM THE EYELASHES EXTENSION! The eyelashes extension service is behind the back room of this nail spa. An extremely terrible eyelash extension experience. During the process, I felt my lashes were constantly being pulled. The technician even used tweezers dangerously close to my eyeball to separate the lashes that were stuck together and pressed my head down heavily with her hand! When I raised the issue and told her that using tweezers to separate the stuck lashes was causing me a lot of pain, she blamed it on the shape of my eyes! Isn’t it the job of a professional lash technician to secure my lashes properly beforehand to prevent such issues? After she finished, I found out many of my eyelashes are broke and damaged! Extremely disappointed with how my nails turned out after coming here for a mani pedi before vacation. My nails were filed crooked, and she nicked my ring finger. I was bleeding as she continued on. The paint did not reach my cuticles: it looks like my nails grew out after 1 day. The paint coats were also uneven, see pictures. As she was painting, I even told her to cover my full nail & fix the ones that were filed crooked but she didn’t. Not to mention the process took nearly 2 hours for a REGULAR mani pedi.
