Would give this place a negative if I could. Trusted the woman to do my hair and she literally ruined it. I asked for a simple highlight and somehow ended up with blue, silver, brown, white and patchy hair. What’s worse is that she tried to charge me $400 saying that she is tired and it took so long. Then she tried to explain that the blue would wash out of my hair and become brown magically. She was extremely rough with my hair and even ripped out and earring during washing my hair and didn’t even apologize. Both her and her husband kept complaining that it’s too much work to do but if they couldn’t provide the service they should have said no when I came in. The man accused me of trying to scam them when I said I wouldn’t pay $400 for a botched job and become very confrontational. They couple spoke Korean and was saying extremely impolite things in there language as well because they didn’t realize I understood their language. Was overall a very negative and uncomfortable experience. Please go somewhere else if you value your hair.

*Also did not wear masks while working or wipe down any chairs after customers came in and out. Not following covid...

I had an amazing experience with Gina at Touch hair salon. I came in with long hair for magic straight perm, and she just made amazing job. I am very sensitive with my bang, most of hair stylists don't really care about style of small bang, ,and so many times, I disappointed at making nice style of my bang, but she really carefully listens to and cares about my opinion and this was my best experience ever. I really appreciated for her. She is a very skilled stylist and very special and knowledgeable at perm, and also very friendly and sweet (she fed me yummy BLT and coffee :p). My experience with the Japanese hair straightening was exceptional, thanks to Jina's meticulous attention to detail with my thick and curly hair.
