My mother shipped cold food here. They recommended UPS 2nd day air shipping and said they would pack the cold food. When I received the package, they put it in a cardboard box without insulation! Also, there was no ice pack! Shipped on Monday and received it on Thursday. It was a 2nd-day airmail! I know that shipping delayed is not their fault, but the packaging is not professional and knowledgeable. Also, they didn't give any opinions to their customer for the cold food packing.
