Good massage but horrible tip experience. I got a 1h body+1h foot massage for $50 and paid 20% as a tip, which is the amount I tip at hair/nail salons. However, a lady (who did not give the massage) started arguing that tipping $20/hr is expected at this place. There was no such explanation prior to service. I wouldn’t have minded paying for it, given the cheap price, if I was told in advance. However, you never SURPRISE a customer with tips. Bad business practice. Also, tip is a gratuity, not a mandate. You cannot demand a certain amount of tip from customers. It’s against the law. I was close to filing a NYC consumer complaint if they kept on demanding a $40 tip for a $50 service. If they think $10 tip is not sustainable, they must increase the base price. They get lots of customers with competitive price and then overcharge tips to make it even! This is absurd, and a very sketchy business practice. Never going back again. They will lose a lot of customers like this. If it wasn’t this unpleasant experience, I was willing to be a regular....

U don't deserve for a service outside. I am paying 50 dollars tip for an hour massage and pay 100 for 2 hours...
