Shady business practices, avoid at all costs. My elderly mother went in to process a broken phone insurance claim. It was three weeks before we realized something was wrong with our account. Richard, at this AT&T store, took the opportunity to add a line that entered our account into a contract and changed our unlimited grandfathered plan that was no contract. Due to us discovering this account change so late, we arrive to return the phone and reverse the account changes one day after the 14 day period. The store manager, Kaiser, was not in store, but was told by his representative Marsha of the shady line addition and still did not value our 20 year loyalty to AT&T enough to authorize a return of this device on our account. The representative MARSHA in the store offered no consolation. The representative who practice the shady act RICHARD was not reprimanded. Rep Marsha, store manager Kaiser, and Richard especially should all be appalled and embarrassed at the sales tactics used in order to gain sales commission. I will be following up with the Better...

I tried again a few times because I figured maybe it was just the employees I dealt with at the time but at this point it has to be the entire store. Unfortunate this is the store closest to my job; I guess I’ll have to find another one to go too. This latest time, I went in regarding an order that I placed that was canceled because that specific store didn’t have the items in stock. In THIS store they did have the items but wanted to charge 148 for my 41 dollar order and when I refused, the employee AND manager proceeded to condescend me and when I ask for their names or badge numbers they literally walked away and refused to give it to me. Customer service was very good. While waiting for the phone to be activated another customer wanted to replace broken phone case, rep replaced the case even though it was 1 day past due warranty period.
At the end of transaction rep walked me to the door and thanked me for the business. What more can...
