Food - I ordered the popcorn chicken and it was good. Relatively small pieces (not as small as I expected but fine lol), and it came out hot and crunchy. Decent portion size for the price, but I found the container they gave us for it weird, wish it was more of a bowl situation rather than eating out of a bag lol. They gave us buffalo sauce for it which I did not like so I just didn't eat it, wish they had a different sauce option. It was also a bit sweet, interesting flavor. Not quite what I expected but I still enjoyed it. Also, you can't find it on the actual menu, I only heard about it and then saw a separate sign for it in the restaurant which did not have the price.

Service - Not great. They're very unclear about who's order is up, they should just say the name of the item or an order number but I just hear incoherent yelling and then I come up thinking it's my turn and she keeps turning me away rudely. Like how am I supposed to know? Other than that, it was fine though. They told me the wait time and asked if I needed a receipt.

Atmosphere - It's alright. I like the aesthetic and they fit a lot of seating in a tight space but the seating is odd, they have a bench underneath a counter for some reason, like nestled under it. Not sure if that's a good...

I just moved in town and needed a bubble tea spot to go to daily. usually, i work on my laptop and buy a drink every hour. however, after staying in the seated area for not even 15 minutes, the staff shut the outlet off. my laptop unfortunately needs to be plugged in to run, so it shut off while i was working. i could've lost something important, and that could've been easily avoided. I really would've appreciated if staff had told me politely that there is a 15 min. seating limit. i would've easily understood and left appropriately, knowing my situation. A little customer care goes a long way. Do better. Thanks. I bought the strawberry milk tea, which was good. I was going to buy their new Lychee lemon tea drink that a customer bought before me! It looked colorful, maybe another time~

Great bubble tea to go, but you probably shouldn't...

I can't express how much I adore this juice place! The Passion Fruit Green Tea with Mango Bubbles is an absolute delight, and the Mango Green Tea with Mango Bubbles is a must-try for any bubble tea enthusiast.

The customer service here is top-notch. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating and polite. I appreciate their efficiency; it's clear they value their customers' time.

The prices are reasonable, making it an excellent choice for a quick, refreshing drink and a little snack. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind. While I haven't explored their food menu yet, the variety of drinks is enough to keep me coming back.
