I ordered a pizza pie, when I place my order I gave my address and spelled it very slow, so they could understand, because some kind of way they get confused the letter I with the letter a, been that English is not their language.
When the delivery man arrived at my address (supposely) gave me a different number, then some else called me and gave him my address one more time.
20 mins. later the delivery man arrived at my building and my son came out to pick the pizza up at the front door.
When I felt the pizza box was wet and cold at the bottom. (Which is no good at all) because they don't know how to take an order and the delivery man don't know how to get where he suppose to go, if giving the right number and address.
After I placed my pizza into the oven to heat it up, called back the pizza shop to report the condition of the pizza, and asked to speak to the manager and told me to hold on and then hang out the phone, called back and ask for the manager again, on which he replied that the manager was not there. Then I said to him that some one had call me to verify my address and spoke fluent English, and that I wanted to speak to him, then he ask what do you want him for? And I replied If you were the manager, I will speak to you, but you aren't, and then hang the phone on him.
He called me back to fight me, telling me that If I wanted to speak to him to come to the store to face him, then I replied that I could call him and speak to him , and report you with him to tell him that you violate my rights calling my home phone number to fight me only, and when I ask for his name he wouldn't give to me.
Very rude and nasty I told him that I was going to call his boss tomorrow and to fired him immediately and that if wants to fight a woman, that I was going to send my husband to wipped his ass, and slammed the phone on him, by then it was almost 9 pm. , hungry, angry at the whole situation that took so long.
You know when you order Food (any type) you expect to deal with pleasant ppl, to make it easy for you, take your order pay and over. But you have nasty, rude ppl. and besides ppl that donât understand English, don't know how to take an order and in consequence the delivery man don't know where to go to delivery it.
Unfortunately this is not the first time, next time if some one answer the phone to take an order and he ask me twice for my address I'm hanging the phone.
I'm going to be as nasty and rude...

I finally got to try Napoli Pizza for the first time, and it felt extra special knowing this was one of my dadâs favorite places growing up. We ordered takeout, so I havenât visited the shop in person yet, but the pizza still made an impression straight from the box. The crust was that perfect mix of crispy and chewy, and the sauce had that classic, comforting flavor you only get from places that have been around for years. You can tell thereâs history behind the taste. It felt like I was getting a small slice of my dadâs childhoodâand now a new memory for me too. Canât wait to actually go there next time and experience it...
Read moreI called for delivery and Frank, the owner would not take my credit card information over the phone. At first I was dismayed but he assured me that he would deliver my order and I could go to his restaurant later and pay him!! I was so shocked! I never heard of anyone doing business like this.
True to his word he delivered the order himself. He explained that he was worried about my credit information being written down on a piece of paper. He was looking out for my security. I went to his restaurant right after work and paid him. I could not thank him enough and he just brushed it off as if it were no big deal. It was a very big deal to me. Thanks Frankl ...
