Bangla Nagar Supermarket — Local services in New York

It was one of the best grocery store but that was very long ago. Now they rip you off and won't even apologize for it. I went to go buy some groceries that should've amounted to 30 dollars and they charged 60 dollars. They charged cookies that were 1.25 to 10 dollars. At first I was confused at why the price was so high and I explicitly told them to double check. The lady counted each grocery so I trusted that. As i was in the car I looked at the receipt and saw the mistake. I went back and told them. Now here's the problem. She said it was a mistake and I said 1. you double checked and 2. it sounds more like rip off than a mistake cuz a mistake would look more like 12.5 dollars. If they actually admitted their mistake and genuinely apologized I would've been ok with it and left. Not only did she not apologize, she said there was no reason to apologize and started...

I went to church & Macdonald ave for something else & I saw all those Bangladeshi places! And I had to buy some paan for my mom & got some vegetables!

I was there only for 10 min, so didn't get a chance to see everything. It's a Bangladeshi grocery store so I know what they have actually. The vegetables looked fresh enough, the service was great. The lady cashier was super nice & helpful.

I also see the sign that they take orders for Qurbani, so just letting others know.

This place is the absolute worst. Didn’t receive a bunch of my produce and I went back and told them to look at the camera. They said they don’t have the footage. You don’t have the footage from two days ago? Are you kidding me? My mother spend literally over $300 and you’re causing a problem over a few items? Goodbye. Please stay away...
