Very very rude and racist people!!! I will make sure non of my family members and friends circles will come to this place ever again. My mom and I went to get pizza so my mom asked what sizes there are for the cheese pizza and the mexican man was being rude at first but i let it go cz i am a very respectful person and I expect it to be the same. So then my mom didnt want the pizza she just wanted two slices. She doesnt speak good english so there was a lady on the counter (very very rude) she rolls her eyes. Thats when i spoke up and asked why she rolled her eyes so then she denies it. She had a attitude for no reason. I walked into the store with a smile and good mood but she ruined my day and my mother and I did absolutely nothing wrong!!!!!!!Then this other tall guy ends up literally staring at me. I stared back and he lookes away but then he stares at me again and this time he knows i am looking at him. He doesnt move his eyes away so then i asked him if he needs something and he says i am not staring at u i am looking outside. Why would i lie? I am a very nice person but when your gonna roll your eyes at my mother because she doesnt speak english and because she wanted to order something else! This is called racism. How would these people like it if i was racist towards them for being Italian ? Not nice right! This is the wrong place ever. Ā Ā Ā Read morePlaced an order through delivery.com on 2/26/21. A hour passed from the time I ordered which I found strange because I live nearby and they usually come in a timely manner. I called the restaurant to find out the eta. Unfortunately a very rude woman answered the phone yelling that the order was cancelled because we didnāt answer the phone. When I asked what # they called she read back the wrong#. I asked why did the delivery person did not ring the bell. She had no answer and basically told me do I want the food or refund. I told her I would like a refund since itās been a 1 1/2. Instead of her processing the refund she told me to call delivery.com. When I called she gave the representative from delivery.com an attitude and a hard time. Delivery.com advised me that they would have to get a supervisor involved and call me back, however I eventually received my refund. Iāve ordered from Beverly for years and I have never experienced this level of customer service. This will be my last time ever ordering from them. Management needs to reprimand this employee as she needs retraining. Especially in the times we are living in you would think businesses are appreciative of the business you are giving them. He left the pizza anyway. But when I called to cancel the pizza because of the long wait I was told the delivery guy is in the lobby but he wasn't. Then I called back and had to deal with an aggressive and arrogant person who kept hanging up the phone on me. They had my number and nobody bothered to investigate why I'm still waiting for my pizza. $26 and no refund! Apparently the apartment number was wrong on the order. Still you do not insist to leave a pizza when the person says they didn't order it! They should have called and investigated because I kept telling I didn't receive the pizza.
