This is more of a 3.5 star review. The reason I cut off points is cause even though the service was excellent and the food was pretty good. I did not like a couple of things. First thing, the menu said that the price of food in the menu included the credit card fee. So if we paid cash there would be a 4% discount. No problem, I paid with a credit card when the bill arrived. I noticed that there was an additional charge added to the credit card despite what the menu said. I ignored that, no worries. Next thing we noticed was that a 15% tip was already added to the final bill. So the credit card charge and a 15% tip. Our bill went from about $65/$70 to $83/$85 just with these charges. I still ignored it and went ahead and paid the bill. When it was time to sign the check I noticed it again had the tip option added. This time the options were to select from 15% to 20% to 25%. The tip calculated was based on the final amount I had paid that already had the 15% tip added. This really put a bad taste in my mouth for this restaurant. I mean after paying close to $85 you want me to add more tip? Anyway I went ahead and just cause the service was really good I added another 5% tip to make it 20% tip in total. Realistically that was almost 25% in tip cause I calculated the 5% on the tax and previous tip. Anyway I didn't like what they did and in the future I'll probably order take out or delivery from them instead of dining in. The tip system has really got out of hand. Be advised that the menu is old and the prices are lower in the menu than what your final bill says.

Service: They don't take long to prepare food. I love this. Everything is freshly made. I tried their pineapple fried rice. It was delicious. Iced tea with bubbles is good too. A great portion of bubbles inside. It has a gummy taste to it. Update: We ordered soups & noodles. Good taste. Overall: Easily recommended. But it's not the best place to dine in. It's not meant for it.

This is a review only for their bubble tea / boba. I love that there’s a cheap place on the way to the train where I can drop in for a drink. As you can see, huge fan of the taro. Small note: there is a cash discount.

First time eating here. I was on my home and very tired so decided to stop here and have a light bite. This place is a gem! I had the To B Thai Soup which consisted of chicken broth with ground chicken, mixed veggies and glass noodles. What was so delightful about this soup is the flavor! Many broths are very salty on their flavor. This soup blended the veggies, broth, noodles, chicken with spicing that exploded with tasty flavor with every spoon. The veggies were perfectly cooked.

After the soup I had the Larb Gai, steamed minced chicken with onion, scallions, carrots, ground crispy rice in spicy lime dressing over mixed greens. Again the spicing of the dish was perfect. The spicy lime dressing was not overly spicy. I tasted a good dose of garlic but not too much. All the spices blended well which to me is the art of cooking and why we eat out.

I look forward to coming again to try...

I don’t like to give bad reviews but this was a horrible experience. I called to make a pick up order for chicken pad Thai but because I asked for mixed veggies as well which I was willing to pay for if it’s extra, but they did not even make it or call me to let me know that they don’t do mix. Not only that, but the pad Thai they gave me was very smelly and just had a horrible taste, like it was just done out of rush and no care. This is unprofessional. When I asked why they didn’t call me they said they don’t have call back numbers… because the vegetables would be extra two dollars which I was willing to pay for, they did not even make my food and I had to wait even longer… for pad Thai that was really unprepared and just tasted awful. Horrible experience. This kind of service to customers shows you only care about the money and not servicing customers that want your...
