BATBOX PACK AND SHIPPING — Local services in New York

After several weeks of frustration and anxiety, dealing with my packages being stolen because they were left in my building's hallway, waiting for the post office carrier just for them to not show up and multiple phone calls/complaints to USPS customer service, I decided it was time to do something else.

After spending the night Googling mailbox services, BATBOX popped up! After looking up information on Google and the website, I decided to call in the morning. When the phone rang, I was greeted by a friendly voice who was happy to provide me with whatever information I needed. He said to come by when ready.
