I Love BBB because it’s a complete workout. They alternate the days of the week via upper body, lower body, full body, and cardio. I love that I don’t have to think when I am at this gym. I get in, get it done and get out; while also meeting some really nice people (employees and clients). I Love Nina. I told her once I had a goal that I wanted to stick to and since then she was always checking in making sure I was staying on track, until working out became my routine again. I Love Chris Victora. He walks around making sure your form is perfect and then he burns your muscles out and because of his classes I feel stronger. I Love Julian Serrano. He makes you move quickly with weights to pump the muscles and because of his class I feel tighter. I Love Brian Linker. His classes are high energy and it’s like he always says, “Its’ Different!” and because of his classes I feel so much leaner, nimbler, with increased stamina. I Love Rob Mendez. His transitions between workouts are fast and because of his classes I move so much quicker. I Love James Delpeche, even though I only see him when he is filling in for someone (due to my schedule) his classes have all been great. Each one brings something different to the table so I feel it’s best to mix up classes with different trainers. I take everything I have learned from each of them to every workout. In the end they are all great trainers but they are not magicians. You have to go in daily, follow directions and just keep moving and if you can’t the weights are too heavy; drop them, make no excuses! 40lbs...
Read moreThis place is more than a gym, its a f**king community! Blows away places like Orange Theory in cost, workout intensity and instruction. ALL of the instructors are amazing but the person whose classes I will adjust my schedule for is Brian Linker. He can spot a poor form and run to you with quickness to help. His instruction is clear and loud but overall he pushes you to your limit and asks for more. Great energy, and truly a huge asset to this gym.
Lastly, the gym offers more than a daily class but also 2 month challenges with cash prizes. You join a group chat with all the trainers and competitors pushing you to hit your goals while hopefully planning a dance party in the end.

Coaches Sarah, Diego, and Katie have all been spectacular in their respective classes, and I thank them for keeping us very motivated during classes. The music and ambiance is also great, makes me feel comfortable as a young woman in a gym for the first time. Each student has their own station with a set of dumbells (3 to 15lbs), equalizer bars, and mats, as well as extra equipment set out for certain classes like medicine balls, kettlebells, ankle resistance bands, and heavier dumbells (15+ lbs).
