I hate to say this because Bath & Body Works is one of my favorite places to shop at but this is the worst location. Buyers beware of rude employees! Not all staff here are, some are nice and helpful but they do have some horrible staff. I have shopped at this location at least 5 times and 2 times out of them I felt unwelcome and treated carelessly. First bad time the male cashier didn’t even acknowledge me, scanned my stuff and asked if I wanted to buy a bag and just slapped the receipt on the counter. Yesterday was the 2nd and last time I will ever be there! I came to the counter to pay for my items and the woman working there seemed like she only wanted to be there to chit chat with her co workers. I specifically told her I wanted to redeem my monthly coupons, NOT MY REWARDS. She looked up my account and said I have them on file no need to scan my coupons and I asked again the coupons right? She said yes I have them here sounding as if I was annoying her. I stupidly trusted her and paid. When I got home I saw on my account that both my rewards were gone and the coupons remained on my account. I only purchased items that were very cheap and on winter clearance. What idiot redeems 2 $16 rewards for items that are $5 or less? She clearly had no brain or did not care at all. Management needs to do better with training staff! All of the other locations the employees are very nice and respectful! I will never shop at this location again! Fyi if this has also happened to you at this location, be sure to contact support via chat on their website or call and they will take care of you! I was able to get help, express my concerns from an agent and thankfully they sent me a coupon and posted a reward...
Read moreVery rude service from cashier on Saturday night. I love bath and body works and I am a frequent customer who orders pickup. My dad went to pickup a order I did on the app. I have the email and order number that says it’s ready. They tell him it’s a random persons name (not my name or his) and then he calls me to talk to them (his first language is not English) I tell them the order number so they can check on their system, they ask me what the order was I tell them the exact items and the young lady tells me in a very rude tone you don’t have to do all that blah blah ok I’ll do this ok (as if it’s my fault for ordering? And their system having me under a random persons name) So rude. It’s a system what did I do wrong. You tell me the name is different and don’t communicate what you want me to do so I just try to give you the order number I have and tell you the products I ordered and you tell me not to do that? Communicate and tell me what you want me to give you if the order number and screenshot is not enough. I understand there is a system problem but also make it clear what info I can give you to help. Instead of just keep saying we have you under a different name and get mad for providing info...
Read moreI visited your store on Saturday and realized afterward that I was charged for one extra candle. When I called, I was told that I just needed to bring the receipt and I would either get a refund or another candle.
I went to the store today, and the manager, Liz, said she couldn’t do anything unless I brought all the items I purchased. She also mentioned that she couldn’t check the cameras. But what difference does it make to bring the products? The mistake was clearly made by the cashier, who charged the same item twice — it’s right there on the receipt.
First, I was told to just bring the receipt. Second, the error was made by your employee, not me. And third, this has been a huge inconvenience — I don’t live near the store, and I wasted my time going there because of incorrect information.
I’m requesting that this issue be resolved without me having to go back to the store again, since I already followed the instructions given over the phone. I’ve also tried calling customer service, but no one answers.
Thank you for your attention — I look forward to your response and a...
