I can't recommend Bradley enough! I have never been in good shape or interested in working out but Bradley has shown me new techniques that are much more enjoyable and for the first time ever I look forward to working out! I’m typically used to trainers who want me to lose weight quickly by doing 1000 jumping jacks and burpees but Bradley has shown me how weight training can be as effective and so much more enjoyable!
