I recently bought two wigs and when I got home, I realized one wasn’t the one I picked out. I called and asked about the return policy and they said I can not return or exchange it, even though it hasn’t been worn and tags are still on. I understand not wanting to accept back a wig but it’s was in a plastic covering and couldn’t be opened until it was bought but once bought it couldn’t be returned! To me, that makes no sense and feel like the staff needs to inform the customer, BEFORE PURCHASING, the return policy that basically doesn’t exist since you can’t return ANYTHING. Now I am stuck with a wig that will never be worn that cost a decent amount of money considering it is human hair smh never will I recommend this store nor will I step foot in there. The young Hispanic sales girl in the wig area (sorry I can't remember your name beautiful) was SO helpful to me and my mother HOWEVER the stores stock WAS JUST NOT THERE! They ain't have NOTHING!!!! I found a BEAUTIFUL wig they had no natural colors in stock REDS & PLATINUM & no crochet hair to pick from to go get my hair done! I definitely told the manager a piece of my mind cuz I would have spent more if they actually had more to spend on - I'm willing to give them 1 more try becuz like I said the customer service was great BUT CAN WE GET SOME PRODUCTS...

Their return policy sucks. Exchange only within 3 days. I bought a wig that I saw on display on a mannequin in black. The only color available was what I thought I be a red brown color in the pack. It was actually a horrendous orange color fit for a clown, shiny and looked completely different from what I saw in the store. They refused to allow e to exchange it despite it being in untouched condition. This is the second time I bought something from this store that was an absolute waste of money.
