EDIT: I took the dress because i had no OTHER option like everyone else is saying they make it impossible to get your money back or the worth. ScAMMERRS!!!!!! i begged you guys to fix the falling items my sister was on the phone you said no its an extra charge and i did not put the sleeve because it looks like it was still going to look worthless even after sleeves. save it please do. I will continue to shop at rainbow as their customers service do not lie or SCAM.
If you have not shopped here yet please do not disregard the bad reviews even though they are replying to them with no accountability. I will never return to purchase, this is my second year getting something here for my birthday and last year, first time i came last year, it was someone different and the experience was much better. i just wasted 300 on a dress that does not even look 300 that is also falling apart starting from the store and back. I was skeptical at first getting the dress but i got it due to my birthday fast approaching and i didn't have much options. After arriving home with the dress i notice that the jewels were falling off and i was looking at the dress and realized its really not worth the money and had alot of problems with it so i called as they said exchange were okay. I traveled almost 2 hours back to the store again to try and get an exchange the manager working there said that i would be able to exchange but no refund i tried getting a dress that was 180 which still looked cheap and she made it known that i would not be getting the rest of the amount i initially paid back id have to go around the store to get something else and i did'nt like any of the other dresses as they all literally looked cheap, the lace looks like it came from a beauty supply lace front wig, the jeans were way over priced $65 for a similar pair of jeans i got from rainbow for $24 to work in. Since they were making exchanging and refund impossible i said okay can you guys at-least fix the jewels on the dress, she stated i would have to pay them for them to ship it to get fixed if that were to happened, even though i had nothing to do with the jewels falling off and the ones that remained are sown very loosely. Even while standing in the store with the dress in my hand they were still falling off. I will not be a returning customer next year and i do not recommend anyone coming here to waste their money. the least the store could do was fix the dress, customers service is very bad and they don't make it easy for their customers. Sent back (they wanted me to pay for shipping did not ) second dress comes length still incorrect and dress slightly to big . I paid for extra length was told I would be refunded. 3 weeks later no refund so I message and now they refuse to refund for the extra length . (I never asked for full refund just what I paid for the extra length I did not receive. Horrible customer service.
Response to the boutiques response you had to ship it at your cost you made it to small why would I pay for shipping and you made it wrong from your incorrect measurements.I should never had to have to have two dresses so how was that not late. Also in store you told us it would be no problem to get the matching fabric for her date because you don’t do jackets we just pay for it and the shipping. We could have bought it from fabric world while in New York (which we ordered online) that was another lie and disappointment for your store . Please post our inboxes if I could I would . I ordered a dress a month ago that was advertised in stock but when I asked about they said “it’s still being made”. Meanwhile on instagram they are telling people it’s in stock. Literally it’s been a month. I called “this store” multiple times got put on hold, hung up on. I ordered the dress on 11/10/18 and I needed it by 12/10/18 I stressed this to them via email and they stated that it was going to be here by that time several times. So, yesterday I emailed them again because I didn’t get a tracking number, they stated that they sent me a tracking number already which they were lying. So I politely asked for it via email. I never got a reply. So I called them, and they told me to contact them through Instagram for the tracking number. Let me inform you that they blocked me on Instagram. But what business tells you to contact them via Instagram? I’m pretty sure this is a scam. I also get put on hold for 10 minutes AGAIN. So I hung up and called them back for them to tell me their busy and will call me back. So they called me back, for them to say that they didn’t make the dress and whoever emailed me mistunderstood me.
