Poor customer service! I went in there yesterday to get the lunch special advertised on the window . There were about 5 women behind the counter . None greeted me I waited about 5 minutes then went to one and said hello can i have the lunch special another woman came and said no she doesn't speak English what do you need . I said i want the chicken lunch special she says well its 7 dollars and walks away . I was very offened one i guess she thought i didn't have 7 dollars and two Im Hispanic and was capable of speaking to the first lady so i observe her serving food im assuming since i asked her for it , it would be mine . Then she looks up and said do you want it . Im like i dont understand i asked you for it . She then say in Spanish to another woman fix her a chicken lunch so she can leave i was outraged i said in Spanish nevermind ill go somewhere else and walked out. Never again...

I tried to explain that it was not possible for me to do so since my order was already submitted. I explained it would only be possible on the restaurants end. She continued to argue that I needed to contact Grubhub customer service to have the item canceled. After discussing the matter several minutes I had to request my order be canceled. When I reached out to customer service at Grubhub they confirmed the restaurant canceled the item. The informed me my order was adjusted but not canceled and I should expect delivery. After waiting over an hour for the supposed delivery the restaurant canceled the order. I have never seen such poor...
