I usually do not like to leave reviews at all because I think everyone is trying their hardest, especially as pretentious as it is to be complaining about not getting a massage. I booked a massage for 11am, on my way, about 10 minutes before the appointment they asked if I can come in at 12, a little annoying but no worries. I get there at 11:50 and she said that they were to busy if I can come back at 3, more annoyed because I have things to do today, I had explained that I already moved my appointment and I really don’t think 3 would work. She offered me an extra 30 minutes for free, so I moved my schedule around. I’m waiting for the bus at 2:45 and they called to let me know they were too busy and if I can come at 4. At this point I’m irritated because im wasting my one day off. The only constructive criticism I have would be to organize better. I obviously couldn’t go. Which is a shame because I have been here before and the massages are pretty fantastic. If you can wait all day book them, if not maybe go...

Walked in for a couple massage for 45 minutes, I felt like we were being rushed to get the massage over with. The lady pointed to TWO separate rooms and said this is the couple massage side by side in different rooms.

It was an apartment cut up into many small rooms, it did not have a pleasant smell as other spa’s.

Both of our masseuse’ massaged us with a cover over our bodies massaging very hard and rushing it. It was very uncomfortable, these people are definitely not licensed or experienced!! They have the oil in a spray bottle which has no scent.

I’ve had MANY massages and this was the worse experience ever. Mentally & physically it was a horrible massage for both of us.

I told her to cut my time to 30 minutes instead of 45. I paid and left a $10 tip & the lady was offended and requested more tip which I did not give.

Would never come back here again!! I could not even find this establishment with the name outside of the store or on my receipt. They have two different names to throw...

I think to first understand with a no frills Asian massage parlor you have to go in with different expectations — they are gonna push a bit for more tip, be talking maybe if i comes up, etc. These are immigrant women that are working in a small neighborhood parlor.

With that said — this place give consistently amazing massages, have been making small upgrades (I’ve been coming here for about 1.5 years now) like adding an electric heat pad onto the beds so it’s nice and warm, they have nice soft music, and they have been able to take me as a walk in each and every time I’ve come in.

The massage includes (and I usually do 60 or 90 mins) a general towel over the body acclimation massage then massage with unscented oil starting from the back/upperbody, hot stones are included in each massage! then the arms, legs, and depending if you got the 90 mins a head massage

The place is clean, neat, nothing super special, but they do a good job! 👏
