Ill talk about This gyms size, high fees, weights, equipment condition, members, location, staff, information.

Small gym: the gym is really small you are going to bump into equipment and people. The equipment is just too close together. There are no additional rooms for stretching, cardio, etc so dont expect it.

High fees: gym fees are $45 a month and about $12 a day. It is extremely too expensive for the little that you get.

Weights: they are left everywhere by the members. The members dont have consideration for anyone around them when it comes to wiping down equipmemt and placing them back where they found it. The members are spoiled rotten. One guy comes in everyday and picks up the weights and fixes everything. They even move equipment around and refuse to at least take it to where they got it. I am so sick of these inconsiderate members. The worst customers ever and to be honest i can kind of see why he would raise the prices. If i had a business and the customers had no consideration i would raise the prices on them since they cant seem to clean up after themselves. If i have to do twice the job to keep you happy i will charge you twice the fee.

Equipment condition: some equipment is worn out and some out of service. Some work fine and others need maintenance. The music is always encouraging.

Memebers: some are nice others are just inconsiderate, rude, and just loud.i changed my schedule just to not be around the ones that act so ignorant. So lazy. They refuse to clean after themselves. I cant count how many times I have seen weight everywhere on the floor and sweat on the machines.

Location to me is fine. Especially the fact that it is next to a supermarket. If i wanted something healthy i can drop in and buy it and go home. Its around alot of other stores as well.

Staff: some of them are angry and some of them are just amazing and nice. What i have seen they are all female staff. What i have notice is that there are some members who just harrass the female staff and dont know or get the hint that they are not interested. If i had to go to work and get harrassed by men all the time I would be mad too. Like i said the members are very inconsiderate and rude sometimes. Not all but some and they just dont get it. It becomes cring worthy after a while watching and hearing them trying to toss game at the female staffers.

Information: I would have perferred to be given information on the gym when i became a member. If there were personal trainers, dietitians, if they provided other services except the gym equipment. That would have been nice.

First; it's a shame that "High Definition" closed down. Place was large enough to move around without getting on everyone's way. It was a nice neighborhood gym. You got more than what you paid for.

Now it turned into "Brolick" and everything went down hill. Except the membership fees, those went up. Between being a child daycare center, were kids run around the place, at least at "HD" there was room where they could sit, there's the chance that the kids are going to jump onto a fixture or a weight left by a customer. There's also equipment being held together by tape, holes in carpets, and equipment is pretty much packed in there.

The counter has no orange juice to make shakes, no membership cards for new and existing members, but it's nice the fees went up.

As soon as a Planet Fitness opens near by I'll jump that ship. But until then this place...

Walked in to get information. Young woman at the front desk was clueless to what I asked. "Does this facility offer group exercise classes?" Within 5 mins of standing there waiting for someone she called from the back to help me... I QUICKLY realized from the STENCH that this place has no VENTILLATION I looked around, rhe machines are so close, you will be swapping sweat with others
