I really wish that I could give this place zero stars!

I went there on one occassion to see Dr. Louis, GYN. Lets just say that she may be the ABSOLUTE WORST doctor that I have seen about ANYTHING...EVER! She has terrible bedside manner, rushes through your appointment, and seems genuinely uninterested in any of your health concerns.

When I returned a few weeks later for my results, she came into the room and said "I believe everyrthing is fine but I really havent had the time to review your results. I just glanced at it." SMH Then she sent me on my way.

I went into the portal to review my results on my own. Then called and emailed to her multiple times for some clarification on something that I read but didnt quite understand, I never received a response. I am now in the process of having everything repeated by a different doctor & institution and had to wait a few months for my insurance to cover it because they wouldnt so soon after paying for everything to get donw at this place.

I am surprised and distigusted by my experience. Dr. Louis is a black woman and as a fellow black woman, you would think she knows and would be sensitive to the level of unequal and lackluster health care that black people, especially women, have a long history of experiencing in this country. Nope! She doesnt give a damn....in fact she couldnt even bother to call me by the correct name during my visit! SMH...

So I had an appointment for GYN. I had Dr. Lex, who greeted me with a big smile as he came into the office, he sat down with me to talk about all my options for birth control. Dr. Lex is amazing! He made appropriate questions and recommendations based on my needs, and explained everything to me very clearly in detail until I made a decision. Very professional and so easy to talk to. The check up was very simple and painless. I know sometimes, for some women, it may feel a little uncomfortable to be seen by a male doctor for GYN, but this was a very comfortable experience. I've had other GYN male and female doctors who weren't bad, but not amazing either. He knows how to deliver a good customer experience. I've gotta say, you CANNOT go wrong...

First of all I really don’t like service desk people. I feel like they are owner of the medisys. doctors are nice but appointment will give you at 6 months later. After taking the primary care doctor from them I’m always in depression just like if i start to vomit suddenly but i cant consult with anyone because there is no appointments. Last year I broke my leg and they give me appointments after 4 months. It’s shocking hospital ever. I think it’s not issue with people it is a issue with place. I really I don’t see any good hospitals or schools around this place. I was in Boston and Albany for 4 year i saw how they take care...
