My husband has been pondering with thoughts of hair replacements whether surgery or a hair system for approx. 5 years. He made many appointments with "specialists" in the field of hair restoration but never followed through. He feared they were scams, gimmicks and their only agenda was to take your money. I researched Bruno's Hair Solutions and read promising reviews but was skeptical myself. My husband was becoming more introverted and I could see the hair loss was troubling him and started to control his behavior. I convinced him to try Bruno's and we could finally settle whether this was truly an option. I read the mission statement and after 4 visits to Bruno's in less than 10 days, I could see that this was a dedicated passionate stylist who stood behind his mission statement. Bruno is a kind, compassionate and honest man who talk to my husband on a free consultation for over 1 1/2 hrs. My husband decided on the first visit to try the temporary hair replacement and while Bruno started to cut and style the hair my husband and I couldn't believe our eyes. My husband was ecstatic knowing he had an option. Though the replacement was not perfect, Bruno told him to "live" with this and see if this was for him. He assured my husband he and the members of the salon were there for support. The next day my husband went back for a trim and touch up on the color. We couldn't believe that it was getting better each time. Tomorrow my husband is scheduled for the custom hair replacement and is excited. He is so happy with the results. He doesn't even feel it on his head.People cant figure out why he looks so good. My husband had a men’s hair piece put on by Bruno of the top highest quality. At Bruno‘s it’s a family run business and he makes you feel like family. If you’re looking to have a hairpiece put on and your guy, don’t wait just do it you won’t regret it.!! Bruno made this process for my husband seamless and worry free, not only did he create a beard from a photo shown To him but gave him an excellent haircut blending to the Hairpiece making it impossible to know where his real hair and hair piece began and end. Very unfriendly to children my child and I entered the hair salon and child was ignored and disrespected by stylist and receptionist was the most unfriendly and unwelcoming individual as a local guide, consumer and customer of many neighborhood businesses I feel it's my job to inform others that cater to these businesses with both positive and negative feedbacks based on how the establishment is runned. The receptionist to my horror kept yelling goodbye several times as to imply get out of our store, this is a people business and whether we are a current or future customer it is quite vital that employees behave with as much respect as they possibly can in order to encourage patronage to their functioning business. You cannot go around throwing people out of your business unless they're destructive or damaging to your business. Because of this unwelcomed feeling and behavior of the employees I feel inclined to never recommend this establishment for the women in need of hair care for current and future events until they remedy this horrible behavior.
