Terrible customer service! I bought a pair of air max 270 in the store (July 14) but the other pair I wanted they did not have on the store so they suggested that I order it online. I placed the order through them in the store. They told me that it will arrive at my house in 3-5 business days .I waited until over 10. I called the store they seemed confused so I went to the store on 7/28/18...@ 4:04PM...I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and knowledge of the employees(including the manager)and the disorganization of the store...I was in that store for 40 min. before they finally told me that they would have to refund me my money because the sneaker color and size is no longer available...I couldn't believe it! The employees there need training on customer service, knowledge of products and most of all professionalism...Most of the time that I was there they were playing with each other and having inappropriate conversations with each other while customers were waiting on them to find the sneakers that they wanted to buy...I will never go to that footlocker again!!! I did a return which was in cash and it was $60, and because they just opened she told me I have to come back later.... I just traveled 20 minutes to get here with a toddler.... how dare you offer me to come back and not give me other options. When I refused to come back she offered me a merchandise card....... The last option she offered was to put it back on my debit card(which should’ve been the first option) after huffing and puffing the entire time.... she then made me sign the receipt and say it should be back on my card from 3-5 Business days.... I wish I would’ve known that before hand. To think that someone has money and doesn’t need the money it’s very unprofessional. Read moreThe one star reviews here, truly don’t shock me. I went into this footlocker to buy myself and my son a pair of sneakers. The staff is extremely unhelpful, every question I asked their response was “oh I don’t know… oh I don’t know etc” ok well what DO you know?! Most sizes weren’t being carried at this location either, every size I asked for in a pair of sneakers again their response “oh we don’t have that, oh we don't have that” ok we’ll, what do you actually have? The man behind the counter had major attitude and mentioned he’s the “store manager” for a store manager I’d expect more curtesy and politeness. Needless to say, I will not come here again. (I didn’t end up buying the 2 pairs of sneakers I was going to spend $200 on, their loss) It was my first time at this location and I’ll never go back.
