Worst Laundrymat in the neighborhood, stay away. Terrible customer service and money scam. They just changed their card system without notice and refuse to refund you the money on your cards. They force you to pay again for their new card. Never a manager there no matter the time or day.

Update: Normally, I wouldn't reply, but there are so many inaccuracies in the owner's response that it deserves to be addressed.

There has NOT been plenty of notice because AS I STOOD THERE FOR AN HOUR, pleading my concern to the employee, ANOTHER CUSTOMER came in with the previous card and was DUMBFOUNDED by the "new system" . However she was an older spanish lady who was told in Spanish that she had to buy a new card thus she paid reluctantly.

My money from the previous system was NOT "gladly" transferable, as never explained by the staff. The lady REFUSED, with plenty of attitude, to transfer anything unless I pay for another card, even though I already paid for two cards.

The only bonus you get on the new system comes from adding $20 and getting $2 free, and I'm literally begging for a refund, I'm not paying $20 more.

The staff provided me a card as a curtesy AFTER AN HOUR OF TALKING BACK AND FORTH WITH THE LADY, EVEN THEN NOTHING HAPPENED UNTIL AFTER I POSTED MY REVIEW AND THEN A MANAGER TEXTED HER.

"Thank you for being a valued customer." This is laughable as I was TOLD NEVER TO COME BACK AGAIN.

I’ve been going here for over a year and a half now. I dropped off my laundry on 6/21 and didn’t receive the regular text to let me know my laundry was ready. Come Saturday 6/29 (over a week later) I fetch my laundry. To my disappointment it was just as I left it - dirty and unwashed. Went back and no one was able to explain what happened or how best to remedy this situation. I had already paid for my laundry and I asked for my money back, they wouldn’t give it back insisting that they’ll “rewash” the laundry. Very disappointed in the level of service especially cause it’s a place I’ve used for so long and always pay upfront when I drop off...

This is a mixed review. I love this laundromat. Even though they recently got rid of the debit/credit option on the machines in favor of a card system. It's spacious and clean and has ample seating. But, this morning I was waiting for my wash to finish when a woman came in with several bags of laundry, informed the attendant that she had bedbugs, and paid for pickup service. 🙄 They took her partially open garbage bags into their office to weigh them. This is where they keep clean orders for pickup and also where they fold clothes... all of which may be crawling with bedbugs now. I have to find a new...
