I visited DM Nail Studio last week and had an incredible experience with Mai and Pilar for an acrylic refill. Pilar removed my acrylics, and Mai took care of reshaping and coloring my nails. Both of them were attentive, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure my nails were the style I envisioned. Excellent attention to detail! Pilar suggested transitioning to Gel X since I wanted to lower down to the natural nail length, and I can’t believe how strong and long-lasting they turned out! (Pro tip: I moisturize my nails and use gloves when cleaning for maximum longevity). Even a week later, my nails still look flawless—smooth color application, perfectly rounded cuticles, and evenly shaped sides. I was cut by my nail tech 3-4 times throughout the entire manicure without a real apology. She put the antiseptic on my nail (after I asked) but touched the tip of the bottle to the cut which is a big no-no. Now it is the next day and my finger tips feel quite sore because she cut the actual skin around the nail instead of the dead skin, which has been making me paranoid that I will get an infection. She also was not careful with the cuts after and kept filing over them which made them hurt more. The nails turned out looking good but I don’t think I will come back. Not sure why there are no less-than-5 star...

Hi, if I could give this place ZERO stars I definitely without a doubt would. I went to this place exactly 1 week ago and the lady that was working on me was doing everything entirely too fast, messing up, and CUTTING MY FINGERS UP. I have pictures of the cuts that still have not healed all over my fingers but the worst cut was on my thumb and it is still SWOLLEN after an entire week. Their prices are high so I was expecting a different outcome and decided to spoil myself instead of going to a regular walk in spot. Unfortunately this is just another UNPROFESSIONAL CHOPSHOP in disguise. The women here DO NOT care about nail health and the quality of their work, they simply want to work fast so they can headcrack as much people as possible and will leave you cut up along the process. Disgusting spot. 0 stars.

Hola, yo fui hacerme las uñas con ustedes hace exactamente una semana y la mujer k me estaba arreglando me cortó la piel del dedo hasta k sangro. Es muy desafortunado porque yo empecé a ir a ustedes porque la Chinas siempre me cortan y esperaba un resultó diferente con tu negocio pero ya paso. Entonces ya yo tengo una buena semana con un dolor y tengo el dedo súper INCHADO y no se me a sanado. Yo no estoy escribiendo esto porque quiero dinero o un appointment nuevo porque te prometo k yo no vuelvo a ese UNPROFESSIONAL CHOPSHOP k tienen ustedes. Pero lo único k quiero de ti en este momento es k me digas simplemente k debo de ponerme en el dedo para k se sane mas rápido? -
