I'm happy to know that this is an additional cafe in this neighborhood!! I've been a bit struggling to find nice cafes that serve great coffee. I'm not a Starbucks person,I need a good smell,some what a strong body of coffee. If you are the person, this is the place to go!!! This is my first visit, so I ordered Café con leche (as you know, Washington Highs is a meca of this coffee). SO GOOD!!! Coffee is strong enough to support a nicely formed milk. I enjoyed it until the last drop!!! Pastry is also great. I had blueberry scorn, not so sweet, but I can enjoy real blueberry flavor. My friend had a green tea pound cake and also good. I definitely come back here to support here!! P.S. Thank you for the handwritten New Years message ❤️

Ok. So based upon my first visit, this spot is super cute and cozy, the menu seems to be standard and rounded, prices decent, and the staff seemed to be attentive and pleasant. The reason I knocked off stars, I absolutely hated the product, the coffee the use it’s so unpleasant and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It would have been undrinkable if I hadn’t added milk and simple syrup. This was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had. And I’ve had bad ones. Since coffee is one of if not the biggest point of a coffee shop aside from the vibe, that’s an issue. I hope the owners are able to work this out. This shop has so much potential, especially in this area.

It’s very family friendly or a place to just relax and get work done. My daughter does homework there some mornings. There’s also a piano they let people play. It’s a true community gem! What a beautiful place! Aesthetically, it’s a cozy, quaint cafe, with light upbeat music. The people who work there are truly wonderful people! They are so kind, warm, and friendly. My daughter and I come here most mornings before school and it’s the best part of our day. We get the hot chocolate which is amazing! Their sandwiches and fresh croissants are so good too. This place is SO great.

Seating is super comfortable, lots of outlets, nice range of sweet and savory food options. Incredibly cute outdoor area with lovely plants.

The people who own it are so nice and have been in the neighborhood for many years, and waited a long time to get this spot and open this business. and it really shows. It has the feel of a place designed to serve the needs of the community. Neighborhood folks came in and out all day to say hi and chat.

I’m one of those laptop cafe workers and I’m always struggling to find good places to work for a few hours and this place is PERFECT, and a welcome addition to the neighborhood, which doesn’t have a lot of other spots like this that are mellow and comfortable and friendly for sticking around a while.
