Bukh Law Firm, PLLC — Local services in New York

On February 6,2018 we hired the Bukh Law Firm to represent my husband. He first spoke with Attorney Daniel Khron, who stated he was confident that his firm could successfully represent him - So we immediately paid a $15,000.00 Retainer, signed the contract and obtained the Statement Of Client Rights.That was last time we heard from Khron. From that day, things got very weird. Every time we called we spoke with someone different. They never identified which lawyer in their was our primary representative. We were told that they would have to obtain special permission from the court to represent my husband. They never even attained that permission.. When it getting close to the appeal date, we were told to find another firm to represent us locally! The Bukh Firm could NOT represent us. This left us to scrounge around to find another firm. We did and that was an additional $5000.00. We never once received a statement considering amount left in our retainer fund. We called, and called until they blocked my husbands number. I was able to get through on my cell. Fast forward, I sent them a letter demanding accounting and retainer refund. They sent a statement declaring that we spent $10,505.00 leaving only $4495.00 in the account! So we spent over 10,000.00 for a firm that did NOTHING! We attempted to negotiate with them and were willing give them $5,000.00 for their NO Work, but they would not answer us. We requested the remaining 4495.00 immediately as we had to pay the second law firm. They sent this money promptly. So what exactly...

Terrible Service. Just a waste of time. Not recommended at all. TERRIBLE. After a talk on the phone, we heard a price of 20k total. What was ridiculous. This gentleman didn't ever read a piece of paper and gave us a Random PRICE TAG )) Finally next day we realized the price was 5.000$ from another attorney and the problem was quickly solved. Unprofessional talk. Lies everywhere and prices 3-5 times over the Market. He keeps most of his clients for fools who cannot even read!! Arkadiy BUH is a terrible...
