What an amathing morning, that I just had in this beautiful office! (at least waiting area is beautiful, cause thatās all I saw)
At my first visit Iāve spent there about 3 hours. So second time for sonogram I took the earliest first appointment, hoping to decrease my wait time. I came at 9:10 am, and left without anything done at 10 am. Cause that was to much stupidity and rudeness to handle.
As soon as I checked in, lady at the front desk told me that I need to fill my bladder with water and have a feeling that I want to pee, I told her Iāll be ready in 5 minutes. Around 9:25 or so, elderly man that came after me told her that he wants to pee, and they called him for sonogram 5 minutes after. I was still sitting in waiting area, but thought maybe specialist is busy, and that man really couldnāt hold it anymore, so sure, Iāll wait. Then the second man who also came after me, comes to this lady at the front, confirming that he wants to pee, she checked with somebody at told him, that heāll be next in 5 minutes. (Then I kind of got a strange feeling that they might think Iām just having fun sitting in waiting area, spending my time and sipping water. You know? Where else can I wish to be in this lovely morning? Of course with them)
So I decided to check with her about whatās going on, and she told me that I didnāt tell her the exact words she wanted to hear from me āIām ready to PEE!ā, and apparently my āIāll be ready in 5 minutesā didnāt mean a thing to her. So she told me ok, youāll be going there in 5 minutes too if you are ready.
Ok, thatās where the funniest part comes in! Ready? Lady at the front desc, asked both of us to come to her, and then SHE ASKED US (2 PATIENTS) TO DECIDE, WHICH ONE OF US WANTāS, TO PEE MORE?! Seriously? Should we maybe also toss a coin whoās gonna go first?
But then it became even better, somebody from inside of the office came to the front (maybe that was a manager or specialist, whoever she was in the white robe) and she started explaining me, that we both had same time appointment and they only have one room available, so because we both were late ( I came earlier in there ) she will take him first for sonogram! Thatās GENIUS! I rechecked with her, that even though I came first and told Iām ready long ago? And she continued we will take him for sonogram and them youāll go after him!
My tolerance was about to finish, so I just wished them all the best and left!
In those two visits I waited about 3-4 hours. I only saw doctor for 5 minutes in the first visit, and I didnāt get what I came for at the second time. Stuff is pretty rude or weird, and definitely not even trying to...

I am writing this review as a serious concern regarding the care my father received during his scheduled procedure. The events that occurred raise significant issues regarding patient safety, quality of care, and adherence to medical standards.
⢠My fatherās procedure was scheduled for 1:45 PM, but he was not taken in until approximately 3:15 PM. ⢠The attending anesthesiologist was unable to establish venous access and persistently attempted to puncture my fatherās hands and arms repeatedlyāapproximately 30 times. My father is a severe diabetic with hypertension and with a heart disease making these repeated attempts particularly dangerous and inappropriate. ⢠During this time, it was reported that the physician was unavailable and at lunch while my father remained in distress. ⢠Staff members present were observed not wearing gloves or appropriate protective equipment, raising serious infection-control concerns. ⢠Medical records in use appeared to belong to a different patient, creating risks related to both safety and confidentiality. ⢠After a prolonged delay of more than two hours, the physician informed us that the procedure would not be completed because he has to leave and would instead need to be rescheduled at the hospital considering that my elderly father had no food or water for 24 hours. Chalik does not care about patients heās rude and disrespectful.
As a result of these events, my father endured unnecessary pain, physical trauma, emotional distress, and heightened medical risk. The unsanitary practices and potential mishandling of medical records also represent systemic safety violations that extend beyond this single incident.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIm giving it 1 extra star because the doctor gave me a legitimate excuse. Im a first time patient at this office. I scheduled a 1230 appointment this past Wednesday. They took my copay first before even asking me to fill out paperwork or the reason I was there. I waited a total of 2 hours before seeing the doctor for.... 10 mins? I was very quietly waiting. Not a peep out my mouth. 1 hour into waiting the front desk young lady told me im next and I'll be seen soon. 50 mins later the same young lady told me to go into a room. ( i guess shes finally saw that i was getting frustrated) because normally a nurse comes out and call out names. Nurse came did a few pre-screening and then 10 mins later the doctor came. I told him why i was there but he didn't recommend me to do that test so soon. He checked me out and everything was good. That whole experience took less than 10 mins. His excuse was one of the other doctor had a death in the family so that's the reason why it took so long. The staffs here are nice but I waited 2 hrs and paid co pay for a less than 10 mins interaction with the doctor... i should've cancelled my appointment when i read the bad reviews but I'm a non believer and got...
