I bought a dog jacket here for my puppy and it fell apart within the first 6 times of my puppy wearing it. He didnât chew on it or anything, he was absolutely content with his jacket and wearing it. When I brought it back to Bushwick Bark on Knickerbocker to at least get an exchange, they refused. How is it fair to a customer to spend $60 on an item for my dog that can easily be exchanged or at least get a refund and youâre going to tell me no, you canât do that because itâs against company policy???
