Carter's — Local services in New York

I called the store on myrtle in Ridgewood NY to confirm my shipment was received. I spoke to jashauna and she said its not here maybe ups still has it, i said well it was shipped fed ex not ups. She said "well u know what i mean" i said actually i dont. I said based on the tracking it was shipped yesterday she sais it maybe here in the morning we get shipment at 8 am and open at 10. I said well I understand that but the tracking doesnt say its at the fullfillment center it say shipped to store. She said well " I dont know what to tell you" I said oh ok maybe your manager does whats your name she ignored me and i asked again 3 additional times. Until finally she said you dont need my name, hold on let me get my manager. I spoke with the manager yamina who wanted to help but by this time, i was so disgusted that i didnt want any more dealings, carters/osh is such a reputable brand, but their workers arw questionable ans...

Walked in with my wife today Tuesday March 12 @ 4pm. Hopped on line to pay and was waiting for 20 min while only 1 register was open and other workers just casually walking around. One young lady seemed to be on the phone and we asked her if it was possible to open another register she rudely answered no as if we were annoying her. We were patient while waiting for those 20 min, but apparently she seemed to be having a bad day and didn't want to be bothered. So we walked out. A place that treats their customers like this doesnt deserve...

I like to go to this Carter's store because the staff there are exceptionally nice and helpful. It is well stocked with many clothing and items. However, one may have a little trouble going through everything on the Carter's side of the store before you make your way over to Oshkosh on the other side. The store is not terribly big and when crowded it's a little difficult to maneuver. But despite this, it's an experience if only for the staff. The clothing is not bad either and Carter's •Oshkosh offers great sales...
