Horrible bank. Opened an account in December 2022 and didn’t get my debit card until Feb 2023. Finally received the card, go to the bank and no ATMs are working. Ofcourse I have to go home and get an ID to take out money face to face ! My money has been sitting in their bank for 2 months, they’ve invested and profited off my money and I don’t even have access to it! Not sure how the FDIC even allows this business to continue! This particular location; 90% of the time the one atm that’s available isn’t working and when the atm is working the door to the vestibule is “closed until further notice”. During the pandemic, THEY WERE THEE WORST. Most banks extended the withdrawal limit, they did not. Good luck getting your card to work. I’ve been using my card all week, cut to the weekend, it’s being declined multiple places. I called the fraud department and they said it’s working, no it’s not. Robert who literally said he just emailed me which he should of professionally called me or came out to see me sitting there but still sat me down to only entail all he’s following app. & cancel.
