DO NOT COME HERE. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY CANT DO SIMPLE THINGS LIKE FILE AND CUT. THEY CUT AND FILE YOUR NAILS CROOKED, LEAVING EXCESS SKIN BECAUSE ITS SO SHORT TRYING TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES, CUT YOUR SKIN, RUSH THROUGH THE JOB AND THEN HOUND YOU FOR PAYMENT AND TIP. ONE WORKER EVEN BROKE MY SANDALS WHILE TRYING TO PAINT MY NAILS AND WHEN I SPOKE TO CONNIE THE WORKER IN CHARGE SHE TRIED TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS TOO HARD FOR THE LADY TO BREAK AND THAT MAYBE IT WAS ALREADY LIKE THAT. I HAD TO LOOK AT HER LIKE DO YOU REALLY THINK I WALKED ALL THE WAY UP HERE WITH A BROKEN SANDAL...LOOK AT THE OTHER SANDAL ITS JUST FINE. THE OLD LADY WAS PULLING SO HARD ON MY SANDAL TRYING TO PAINT MY NAILS INSTEAD OF SIMPLY LIFTING MY TOE. CONNIE IS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND LITERALLY OFFERED NO COMPENSATION AND THEN PROCEEDED TO TRY TO FIX MY BURBERRY SANDAL WITH NAIL GLUE. NAIL GLUE!!! I WAS DONE. THEY’VE LOST NUMEROUS CUSTOMERS, ME AND ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. THE QUALITY, THE SERVICE AND THE WAY THEY TREAT YOU IS POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE. I love Helen and her team in Crown Heights, grateful I stumbled in here last year! I’ve become a regular because the quality is so high for the price (they even give 10% off if you call ahead to book). The space is pretty bare-bones, but it’s clean, has WiFi and the work is top-tier.

Helen, the owner, is incredibly talented, sweet, and hardworking - she built this business and put her daughter through med school with it. On her recommendation, I started getting hard gel and my nails have never been stronger. I also find my pedicures from here last an extremely long time. They have a huge selection of polish colors, including over 40 cat eye shades, glass, jelly and chrome options. They also have tons of gems and charms and do intricate and modern designs, though you’ll want to bring reference photos since they don’t have a design book. Even when their airbrush machine was down, they could still make aura nails work using dip powder.

They’re closed on Mondays, but very accommodating the rest of the week. Highly recommend if you care more about great nails than...

I absolutely love Helen, she is always so nice and sweet when I enter the shop. This was my first appointment, second visit (I was a walk in previously) and I couldn’t be more happy about how my nails came out! I gave her my inspo with my own personal customizations and we were able to work together with a bit of her freestyling too, to get my perfect vacation nails! They came out just as cute and funky as I had imagined! And the price was amazing! I really appreciate Helen willing to work with me with this design and bring my vision to life with her help. If your in the neighborhood i definitely recommend for a good priced, gel manicure. Just call to book your appointment, if you do decide to go and bring cash!!
