I had a decent doctor Dr. Davido back in 2015 with my last child, the hospital labor and delivery was good to me. I’m now 9 months pregnant, and I have to say at 16 weeks with this pregnancy I had to leave this clinic I couldn’t take it. I have hypermesis, whole entire pregnancy I was sick, dehydrated, I was in the hospital twice to three times every week or other week, calling this clinic for anything is a joke nobody picks up the phone nor calls back no time soon or at all.. they wasn’t understanding and on top of my type of pregnancy how they should of been.. I kept getting different people because all of sudden everyone vacations at the same time so it’s like I kept repeating my problem over and over again, I was losing so much weight, they kept taking way too many blood works I felt like a science project. The wait time sometimes short than sometimes way too long even when your on time.. the sonogram staff can be rude as hell I remember waiting over 2 hours.. the sonogram doctor had my paperwork next to her the whole time just sitting there in the office doing whatever because the receptionist is the one who had to remind her I’m still here.. I don’t know what’s up with some of these doctors or workers people these days want a check they put no love into their job.. I ended up just switching completely even though I still have hypermesis and it won’t go away until baby born my current doctor has done more and has given me medication that at least help me get to the...

PLEASE READ and AVOID this place. I have never been more upset at a northwell clinic in my entire life. As a medical professional myself, I have never been more furious at how unprofessional this location is. I came 8 am for my appointment and literally did not leave until 12pm. Even though my intial ultrasound was done by 930. Why was I waiting for 3 hours to be seen by ANYONE?

The MA was polite and kept apologizing, but told me herself the resident was supposed to see me "but didnt know where she went". How absolutely ridiculous! Constantly telling me "they are reviewing my chart". For THREE HOURS ???

I finally saw Dr. Roberts who after finding out I am a medical professional, basically expects me to manage my own gestational diabetes. I came to YOU to manage MY GDM. Not the other way around. Even after explaining to her what supplements and medications I was taking pre-pregnancy, she had no idea of what those medications and supplements were. On top of that she calls me on the phone after the appointment, and you hear other doctors talking so loudly in the background that she even had to tell them to lower their voice and be professional. I can clearly hear a male say "who are you on the phone with?". I am SO absolutely disgusted and baffled at how a NORTHWELL associated clinic could be this unprofessional. I had an appointment today at 10:30. I arrived at 10:25am. By the time it was 11:30am I tell the front desk I have been here for an hour, I was then told the doctor you are seeing is running behind and you have one other person in front of you. Mind you I also have a 8 month old baby with me. So, at 12pm I am then called to the examination room and I am told we are sorry for the wait it was the front desk ladies who didn’t check in patients correctly. They are suppose to check according to appointment time they were checking in by who came first which is wrong. So the medical assistant leaves and now it’s 12:20 and still no doctor and it’s going on 2 hours I have been waiting and my daughter has been in her car seat stroller for 2 hours and very irritated. So, I got up and left it was a waste of my time which it isn’t always easy for me being I have three children and tending to my needs and having to bring my 8 month old isn’t always easy. Not only is the front blaming the back but it is so rude,unprofessional, and un organization to not have consideration for patients time. I will not return.
