This supermarket is 24hrs which is the best part. Their choices for vegetables are not the best pick, there usually rotting or not fresh at all. I tried various occasions and its always the samething ...mold on vegetables or flimsy greens. Feels like they buy from the bottom to make their profits greater... the meat department samething. I ended up going vegetarian so thankful to look away...the supermarket is organized but noticed they need to upgrade their system, they have long lines sometimes bc while they accept WIC they have to manually search and put the amount of purchase for the WIC participants. You ll be waiting on line forever for this process...instead of scan and go...so prepare for the wait if you are a participant or have one on line in front of you. There are a dysfunctional supermarket they always hiring people I believe the people on the cash register's are under the books . I went to the supermarket today and ask for the sugar this was on special well the girl didn't understand English and proceeded to charge me an extra bag of sugar The one that is not on sale I had to keep repeating what's going on even the person that was bagging didn't understand English either. I was there for 25 minutes just to explain and receive the right sugar bag. I live across the street and I hate that supermarket so bad that I have to walk from 115 to 116 Lexington to go to city market that supermarket is much better the people is Spanish but understand English and talk English back . Verry Racist towards blacks.. Every time I would go into this store the fake security guard literally follows me around the store it's rude & ridiculous. After a few months I finally went to him and ask why every time I shop here you must follow and watch me I never stole anything from here plus I live a block away, He then ask me in a heavy accent "if this is my home then proceeds to say No, okay, then waves his hand at me.
