This used to be my go to location for the amazon hub lockers until the ups people started handing off packages to the employees instead of placing them in the locker and the employees began stealing them. This is the second time this has happened to me, I let the first occasion go since Amazon support was able to resend me my items. On the second occasion, I personally went into the store to speak to someone to see what happened and they kept giving me the run around and trying to convince me that my package was in the locker and that I needed to contact Amazon to get a code for the locker. My Child recently came here and was rejected a $5 bill because "it did not feel right." No proper actions were taken such as using a machine or holding it up to the light. This really bothered me. While I understand that accepting fake bills is a problem to the business, the employees should be taught how to take the next steps and be provided with equipment. They shouldn't just dismiss the customer. My child almost went to school without lunch. Glad I gave them an extra $10. March 10th 2022 it's true I came to purchase food the purchase food and pick up Amazon packages from this location and was stopped by a locked door and a sign that red clothes iclose until 5 AM because of high crime in neighborhood I recommend people stop purchasing items from their need to make complaints with management and corporate about their false advertisement how do you have a sign on the door say your clothes for 4 hours but another sign saying that you're open 24 hours I get the store one star for business and definitely a 1 star also on...
