UPDATED COMMENT* After I called out Christine and Lawrence (AKA Larry) in my previous comment back in February for the job they did (or lack thereof), they finally came to their senses. Christine came over herself, apologized, and took measurements since she couldn't find them or Larry never gave them to her. About two weeks later, Larry and David (I swear to God, I'm not making this up, both of them combined look like Larry David the comedian 🫢😂) came to place the items we requested. The fabric, stitching and placement were good (I'll give them that much), but because of what we went through, waiting for almost two years, I can't bring myself to give them more than three stars. Overcoming trauma and extensive therapy are still needed. Good job, but better customer service...

The team was professional, responsive, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. They picked up the chairs and it was delivered- by the owners, very pleasant. The craftsmanship is top-notch—every detail was handled with care and precision. The fabric was beautifully applied, the cushions feel like new, and the overall piece looks better than it did when I first bought it.
