Clean Rite Center — Local services in New York

I had an incident happen September 3rd I uploaded 40 dollars to my clean rite card, I already had 13 dollars on the card left so I had a total of 53 dollars on the card. I go to the front desk and buy two items almost a total of 9 dollars. I go to pay for a big machine 16 dollars and it says I have 5 dollars left. I go to the front desk explain to the cashier What happen to the money it says I have 5 dollars and it just had 53 dollars, her response was there nothing she can do but call her manager, she called no answer. Couldn't fix the situation at all was very rude and very nonchalant, the young lady told me it wasn’t her problem there’s no money available she told me that’s my problem not hers, that’s when I got very loud and disrespectful. I called the next day couldn’t reach the manger and I forgot to follow up until today. I called the laundry and the young lady that was very disrespectful and couldn’t help me with the money answered. I asked if manger was around she said no, I asked if there was an HR number I can reach she said no speak to the manger, I asked for her name she responded back “I forgot my name” very disrespectful to the core someone like this shouldn’t work with customers she has no respect for the client for the simplest questions she’s giving attitude. I had to call another clean rite and a young gentlemen told me what to do. I In the other hand took matters into my own, I called my bank and explained what happen I asked for my money back. It’s very disappointing that I have to write a review just so I can get in touch with HR. I'm extremely irritated and disappointed in this location, it being my first time here. This location only uses card which is fine. I have quarter that I've already had. I ask the two women in this location today (8/10/2018) if they can give me the reverse change to my quarter. You would think they would have it because people are coming in here with big and small bills. They say they don't have it. When I have seen one of the lady with a 5 dollar bill. All I needed was 20 dollars. Then I try to use my card towards the touch screen machines. Then the internet goes down. I'm not using the atm to pay my bank fee. That extra money out of my pocket that I wasn't trying to spend. Besides that most of there touch screens, washer machines and drys are broken or messed up in a way. The "help" they tried to give was unsuccessful. Seriously this location should have enough money to have things fixed and cash to exchange to the public. In the end I never got to wash my clothing. I wouldn't recommend this location for anyone because no one actually helped and they won't exchange coins into to cash. The only thing positive I can say regarding this company and location is that it have free dry and soap. However, this establishment washing machine is forever braking down. Some of the staff is UNPROFESSIONAL. If it wasn't for the young female manager I believe I wouldn't wash my clothes at that location again. Lately the washers isn't fully washing the clothes properly. For example: I went to one of the workers to complain about the problem. Her solution was to take the clothes from the washing machine and hand squeeze the water out of the clothes, sheets and blankets. I immediately ask to speak to a Supervisor.
