Worker called me a pig-head. Great way ti keep business. Tried to drop of my laundry in two bags. She refused to weigh the bags together even though it could be washed together. It cost an extra $4 if they were weighed seperately...
So I decided to do it myself. My clothes came out soaking wet and when I alerted her she offered to pay for a while other wash cycle. I told her I didn't have time to wash twice because I had work and that I wanted her to pay for the dry cycle. She called me a pig head and I asked to speak with a manager. Who will be on tomorrow and I'm definately going to speak to.

Read moreThe staff here are mean and disrespectful. The main woman here is always on her phone and she refuses to help you. The frequent customers here are also very picky and rude and the staff will always defend them because of the friendly relationship. For example if someone's machine stops, you aren't allowed to take their stuff out and when you ask the staff to remove it for you, they will say to wait. But many time I came back just a couple mins after my stuff has stopped washing and my things were tossed on top of machines or in random carts. Avoid this place...

Staff can be disconnected (eg having loud, personal conversations) instead of monitoring the space Staff can be rude: today my machine was sprayed as the worker on site mumbled under her breath about how my clothes smell.
