extraordinarily rude staff and gauche products to boot.

upon entering, the two people in the shop were berating an online customer and ignored me until i approached the counter, at which point one of them donned an artificial smile and said "let me know if you have any questions!!". when i responded with a question the sales attendant looked stunned and became very irate. i asked about an irregularity (beyond my personal tolerance) in a handmade product, and was told dismissively that "uh, they're supposed to be like that" despite my presenting very clear evidence to the contrary.

the other attendant acknowledged the validity of my observation and brought out a replacement from the back, which unfortunately also didn't meet my criteria. she then stormed back and indignantly pulled the entire backstock and slapped them on a table, exclaiming "here!! that's all we have!! 😤 😤 😤". i quickly found one that worked for me, and while i have great respect for the efficacy of the "take your pick" method, i found the entire episode to be very unprofessional and absurd.

Response to owner* - Apologies, they said they were closing for a pick-up.* I am positive this was your store. The 'other location' is your old location which is permanently closed - I'm familiar. Reiterating that I am 100% sure this was the correct store and that they even penned a sign on the door stating they closed at 5p and to reference that - I'm pretty confused by owner's response... Check with the two ladies working that day.

Came all the way here - 20 mins and they were "closing early for a pickup that day at 5pm" and truly couldn't have been more rude and eager to tell me this. I was very kind and explained too. Looked...
